Frequently Asked Questions for Stock Products

Order entry for stock products from the shopping cart website:

Do you have a minimum dollar order?

No, items only need to be ordered in their sellable units such as one bundle or one case.  For orders under $150, there is a $15.00 small order charge.  Orders under $1750 are FOB factory (plus freight).

Can I add my purchase order number to my order?

Yes, at checkout you have an option of adding your purchase order number to your order.

What are my payment options?

We offer net 30 credit terms for approved accounts.  Contact us for a credit application.  We accept check in advance or PayPal, with 3% fee added.

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship in the most economical way available based upon what you have purchased and your location.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship same or next day depending on time of day of order placement.

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?

Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file that you are exempt. If you have a tax form on file with us, you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless at checkout you change the tax status of the item to yes.

Returns of Stock Products

Can I return products?

Yes, with prior approval from us and an R/A number.  Items must be in full units and packed in their original packaging in resalable condition.  No partial units may be returned for credit.  You must prepay the shipping and mark the RMA# on the paperwork.


Is your website secure?

Yes!  Order in confidence!  We use Veri-sign 128-bit encryption security and subscribe to McAfee Secure.  To maintain security to your account, never share your password with anyone and make sure to log out of our site and close browser on shared terminals.
